Ad Hoc – This is a charge we use when no other charge applies. It is improvised and is used as a convenience for management. As an example, if a client wants a custom post built and installed, we may charge a standard install and then add the Ad Hoc or improvised charge for the custom post assembly.
Reset or Reinstall – This charge may apply when an agent requests a post to be moved to a different location on the same property if it was not communicated in the original order. It may also apply if we are called for a post down and we determine the original install was done correctly or if the post was vandalized, destroyed or damaged in some way. Reset Reinstall fees are also established for single, double, and triple post commercial signs.
Post Renewal – The original residential post install term is for 180 days, the time frame of a standard contract. If the property is sold, leased, rented, or taken off the market it is the client’s responsibility to order the removal from the web site. At the end of 180 days the web site will automatically send and e-mail notifying the client that the post is due renewal. At that time the client must order a renewal or a removal from the web site. A renewal is good for another 180 days at which time the agent has the same options. This may go on indefinitely.
Size of Posts – All standard residential posts have an overall length of 7 feet. We install them twelve to fifteen inches deep. The over all height from ground to the top of the post will be approximately six feet. Other post heights are as follows, ground to top of post. H- frame posts do not apply.
Post Not Recoverable – Any post missing, destroyed, or damaged beyond repair is deemed not recoverable and will be charged a missing post fee. Missing posts later recovered will be refunded.
Trip Charges – S & S Precision Post LLC operates in SWFL. Like any delivery business we must charge a trip fee once we reach a certain distance from our shop. This fee varies and is programmed into the web site. Trip fees can be seen by going to the web site, click on Services, Fee Schedule, and in the Fees and Services box click the Trip Charge button. Our installers collect 100 % of the trip charge which helps offset their gas, vehicle maintenance, and time in truck.
Late Payment Fee – If you are a Bill Me customer, you have an obligation to pay your invoice in a timely manner, what ever your terms are. If you fail to do so, each chargeable item is subject to a late fee of $5.00. If you have one invoice with 20 installs your late fee will be base on the twenty installs. That means your late fee in this case would be $100.
