Terms of Service (Residential)
S & S Precision Post LLC is a real estate sign post installation business.
As a customer service, our installers will attach the agent’s signage at no additional charge, to include the agent or company sign, riders, and flyer box, if they are left at the property in a visible location. We will not install a post on a property without a sign.
We will also manage the agent’s signage, free of charge, to include riders. We recommend the agent provide us with a working stock of signs (6). We will not manage agent’s brochure boxes.
The S & S Precision Post LLC guarantees standard residential post installation in our primary service area in a reasonable time. Most requests are completed in 24 – 48 hours. In the event of severe weather, road construction, police incidents, major situations, road closures, or traffic conditions, the install may be delayed until conditions improve. In addition, holidays, health crisis, deaths in the family, or any situation at management’s discretion may impede our service.
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our installers work Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders that come in on Saturday and Sunday will normally be completed the following Monday/Tuesday. If you have any questions or special needs please contact S & S Precision Post.
S & S Precision Post services the following locations on these days every week:
Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, LaBelle, Alva, Bonita Springs: Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday
Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Pine Island, Punta Gorda: Monday/Wednsday/Friday
Everything outside of these areas will be on a time available basis.

S & S Precision Post LLC does not accept call in orders, e-mails, or faxes. If you need to place an install or removal order please go to sandsprecisionpost.com. Sandsprecisionpost.com is a self-serve web site. It is the agents’ responsibility to place all orders. Any order placed by S & S Precision Post LLC on behalf of the agent is subject to a $5.00 administrative fee, at our sole discretion.
These terms of service apply to all agents using our service regardless of who is submitting the orders. If the company/client is submitting the orders on behalf of its agents, it is the company/clients responsibility to communicate our terms to all agents using our service.
If our installers arrive at the listing address the agent will be charged the full installation price regardless if we dig a hole or install a post. For trips made where posts are not allowed, homeowner, tenant, or occupant refusal, you will be charged the original installment fee.
Any post not recovered, lost, or damaged beyond repair, is the financial responsibility of the agent and will be charged a replacement fee. Additionally, this applies to riders, flyer tubes, flyer boxes or any other material supplied by S & S Precision Post LLC. The replacement charge for each item is listed in the Fee Schedule. Failure to pay for these items may result in Termination of Service and turning the account over to a collections agency.
The replacement fee (Non Recoverable Post) does not transfer ownership of the post to the agent. If the post is recovered, S & S Precision Post LLC reserves the right to retain a portion of this charge to cover additional expenses resulting in the recovery, such as additional trips, and Loss of Use. Loss of Use will be based upon the length of time the post was missing and is at the sole discretion of S & S Precision Post LLC.
S & S Precision Post LLC does not sell or transfer ownership of any posts that are used in our business. Our business posts are numbered for inventory control and stamped with a press.
S & S Precision PostLLC services all of SW Florida. Installation requests outside of Lee County will be handled on a case by case basis. Our prices are listed on our web site to include secondary service charges (Trip Charges). Trip Charges are used for installations of an extended distance or to pay for tolls (Sanibel/Captiva). S & S Precision Post LLC is not responsible for agent signage left at a property if we do not manage the agent’s signage.
S & S Precision Post LLC is not responsible for proofing signs or ensuring the correct number of signs are picked up from third parties.
S & S Precision Post LLC will repair any direct damage to water lines, irrigation lines, or low voltage lighting created by S & S Precision Post LLC installers; however, S & S Precision Post LLC will not be responsible for damages, if not allowed the opportunity to inspect damage claims. If the damage is observed by the installer, the repair will be made on the spot. If a hole is dug at a location that does not allow post installations, such as HOA or gated sub-divisions, and water or irrigation lines are damaged, S & S Precision Post LLC will not pay for the damage. We feel that if the agent had confirmed the HOA rules properly we would not have dug the hole and therefore not hit any lines.
It is S & S Precision Post LLC’s policy that only S & S Precision Post LLC employees remove or install our equipment. S & S Precision Post LLC will not be responsible for any damage to water lines, irrigation lines, or low voltage lighting, or other property caused by the unauthorized removal or installation of our equipment.
Provide detailed, accurate, and complete instructions for installation to include:
1. Correct and complete address.
2. Gate code or coordinate access for manned guard houses. If the installer cannot access the property within 15 minutes they will leave. We will not return until arrangements have been made to allow entry. We will charge an additional fee to return.
3. For land, construction sites, or properties without a physical address, provide a detailed map or site marker. A site marker can be physically placed on the property or a measurement from a prominent landmark can be provided.
4. Appropriate HOA, city, or county specific rules for sign post installation.
5. If we manage the agent’s signage, these items must be ordered during the “Post Configuration” step of the ordering process.
6. Location of signs, riders, or other materials left at the installation location and any special instructions pertaining to their placement on the post or property.
7. Desired placement (location and orientation) of the post and signage on the property. These instructions will be followed with regard for all ordinances, regulations, or utility line placement that would prevent installation. In the absence of special instructions, our installers use their best judgment and industry standards for post or sign placement or orientation.
Submit removal request. If the listing is terminated for any reason or the property is sold or leased, the agent is responsible for submitting a removal order. Requests for removal can only be submitted at sandsprecisionpost.com. Post removal is free for one attempt. If the agent, homeowner, or occupant removes the post, it must be placed in an area accessible to our installers. If the post is moved to another location after removal (agent’s home or office); this must be included with the removal request.
Automated renewal notices. sandsprecisionpost.com generates an automated renewal email when the post has been installed 180 days. This e-mail provides specific instructions and conditions for the agent to follow. Once that e-mail is sent, the agent has two choices: renew the post for another 180 days or order a removal. If no choice is made within five business days S & S Precision Post LLC will remove the post without further notice. Any new install or re-install will be at the agents’ expense.
Check Order History Page. After submitting an order, we highly recommend the agent confirm receipt by checking the Order History Page and clicking on the detail icon, located to the right of the property address. If the order is there, the web site can create a work order visible to our installer. No work will be completed without a valid work order.
For billed accounts, our terms are payment in full, net 15 days, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If order invoices are consolidated into a single invoice and sent out once during the month, terms are net 15 days from the date on the consolidated invoice, not the date you received it by mail or e-mail, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
You will receive an invoice to your registered email account after the work order has been submitted. This will be the only invoice sent. If for some reason you cannot open or read the html invoice we send by e-mail, you can retrieve the information other ways as explained in the e-mail. Not being able to open or read the html invoice is not a valid reason for late payments.
On any invoice there may be orders that will be in progress, or on hold. We treat these orders as if they are completed, for billing purposes only, as we have to have a cutoff date due to process requirements. Any errors resulting from this process will be dealt with on the next billing cycle.
Past due accounts are subject to a late fee per chargeable item per the fee schedule. An account is past due if payment is not received on the due date. We are not responsible for the actions of the US Postal Service. Payment must be submitted in order to arrive on the due date. Fifteen days after the due date the account is delinquent unless other terms are agreed to.
S & S Precision Post LLC reserves the right to remove all posts without exception or notice if the account is delinquent.
S & S Precision Post LLC reserves the right to charge any credit card on the delinquent account to bring the account current.
If any posts are removed due to non-payment, the customer is still liable for payment of the original install and/or any re-installs.
Customers will be responsible for all collection and legal fees incurred in the collection of a delinquent account. Delinquent accounts may be referred to a collection agency and notice may be sent to a credit reporting agency.
TERMINATION OF SERVICE
S & S Precision Post LLC or the agent may elect to terminate service. Posts will not be removed until the term is complete or the agent requests a removal on the web site.
In such cases that an agent breaches the terms of service, or S & S Precision Post LLC determines continued service poses a risk to S & S Precision Post LLC’s material, at our sole discretion, S & S Precision Post LLC may terminate the service contract without notice and remove all installed material from any/all properties of said agent, and return signage belonging to that agent.
If an agent is delinquent on a bill or charge and every attempt to resolve the dispute has failed, S & S Precision Post LLC will notify the agent of termination of service.
Upon notification of termination of service, S & S Precision Post LLC will remove all posts effective the date of termination.
HURRICANE/TROPICAL STORM POLICY
We suggest that you wait until we are actually under a “watch” or “warning”. At that time you should remove only the sign panel and any riders. Leave the post in place as it offers very little wind resistance. After the threat has passed, just hang the sign and riders. S & S Precision Post LLC will not be able to remove your sign in the case of any storms. If you or your client decides to remove the entire sign and post, there will be a charge to go out and re-install the sign. S & S Precision Post will continue to work until we are under a watch or warning. After the storm passes, we will resume work as soon as it is safe to do so.
